This is not the patient intake app. It is a smoke-test file
uploaded by hand to verify the CloudFront → S3 origin path before the real
build is deployed.
What a 200 here proves
The OAC bucket policy grants this distribution read access, the origin path
resolves to the right prefix, and the viewer-response function is attached.
What to check in devtools
Response headers must include content-security-policy, and its
connect-src must name this environment’s edge host —
staging-portal.conduittelehealth.com for staging,
portal.conduittelehealth.com for production.
If you are seeing this in production
A deploy has not run, or it wrote to the wrong prefix. The real app replaces
this file at index.html.
